Questions buyers ask
How do I pay?
You pay the vendor directly, by bank or OPay transfer, or when you pick up or receive your order. The store's account details are shown when you check out. Rumfa doesn't handle payments.
Do vendors deliver?
Each store chooses pickup, delivery or both. You'll see the options on the store page and pick one when you order.
Can I cancel an order?
It depends on the store. Some let you cancel until the order is sent or within a set time. Food orders can't be cancelled, because vendors start cooking straight away.
What if the vendor doesn't respond?
Orders that aren't sent within the store's delivery hours (24 hours by default) expire automatically, so you can order elsewhere.
Why do I need to sign in to order?
So vendors know orders are real and you can track them. You can have up to 2 pending orders at a time.
