Privacy policy

Beta draft. This policy will be reviewed before public launch under the Nigeria Data Protection Act.

What we collect

Your name and email; phone numbers, directions, landmarks and optional location pins given at checkout or store setup; order history and reviews; and, for vendors, an ID or CAC document for verification.

How we use it

To run your orders, notify you about them, show stores and reviews, and prevent fraud. Vendors see the phone number, directions and note you give for their orders.

Verification documents

Vendor ID and CAC documents are stored privately and deleted once verification is complete.

Who we share it with

Our service providers: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), Resend (email) and Vercel (hosting). We don't sell your data.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of your data or for your account to be deleted by contacting Rumfa.
